2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

Description:

• Colour: Rich plum
• Bouquet: Ripe, dark fruit and hints of oak
• Palate: Flavours of dark fruit with well balanced tannin and oak leading to a dry finish.
• Aged in French and American oak this cabernet wine should improve for 3-5 years. Awarded a GOLD medal at the 2008 Gippsland Wine Show and a BRONZE medal at 2007 Murrumbateman Cool Climate Wine Show

• Colour: Very deep raspberry
• Bouquet: Dark fruit with hints of chocolate and spice
• Palate: Raspberry and spice flavours with crisp acidity and a lingering tannin finish.
• This wine was made from hand-picked Merlot grapes grown on the property
• It has been aged for ten months in French oak

• Palate:Fresh lemon acidity with a dry, steely finish
• This wine was made from hand-picked riesling grapes
